TROY, Mich., Nov. 18, 2015 /PRNewswire/ — Trion Solutions, Inc., the Troy-based professional employer organization and human resources services firm, has named Andrew W. Kirk as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Kirk assumed his new duties on October 12, 2015.
Trion Solutions is a leading national provider of value-added human resource services, delivering customized HR, benefits, payroll, Workers’ Compensation, tax and compliance solutions. The company serves primarily small to medium-sized businesses in a wide variety of industries.
Kirk joins the company during a period of rapid growth. He expects to play a significant role in accelerating that growth over the next several years by enabling increased access to capital, as well as through the implementation of practices promoting stability, strength and integrity.

Immediately prior to joining Trion, Kirk served as an advisor to nonprofit firms, and emerging businesses. Kirk previously served as President of the Michigan-based Belle Tire Distributors, Inc. Kirk also has leadership experience in the logistics, distribution, financial services and manufacturing industries.
