Robert Naglick, CPA, is named to CFO post and Reuben Rienstra appointed as VP-Corporate Controller
TROY, Mich. – Troy-based Trion Solutions, a Professional Employer Organization (PEO) that manages HR administration for more than 600 small- to mid-size businesses throughout the United States, has promoted Robert Naglick, CPA, to Chief Financial Officer and Reuben Rienstra as Vice President-Corporate Controller. The announcement was made today by Trion Co-founder and President David L. Stone and Chief Operating Officer Craig Vanderburg.
Naglick previously was Trion’s Director of Accounting and Rienstra was Corporate Controller. Naglick replaces previous CFO Andrew Kirk, who resigned for personal reasons after holding the position for three years.

Naglick joined Trion Solutions in 2016 as Director of Accounting. He previously was Chief Financial Officer at Saginaw-based B&P Process Equipment and Systems, LLC, where he was employed for seven years. Previous to his CFO position at B&P, he was Director-Finance at Inkster-based EaglePicher Corporation-Hillside Automotive, LLC and was Corporate Controller at Southgate-based ASC Incorporated, founded by the late Heinz Prechter. Naglick earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at Wayne State University; master’s degree in Finance at Walsh College; and, distinction as a Certified Public Accountant-Michigan.
Rienstra was Corporate Controller at Trion Solutions for the past two years. He previously was Director of Financial Reporting and Financial Systems at Belleville-based Active Aero Group, where he was employed there for 11 years. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Central Michigan University and his Master of Business Administration at Walsh College.
